Not ImpressedThe new Oomph clip, Beim ersten Mal tuts immer weh, is exactly at the image of a monster, it's monstruously horrible. Careful here, the song is great, I like it, but the clip totally sucks. That's why I had to cut off the clip and open a new internet browser to do something else to really enjoy the song. There are so many things that annoys me that I can't put my finger on everything and squish them like a mosquitoe because it's more like a big spider with too many legs shaking.
First, the girl, I don't get her, I don't like her, her combination of blowjob eyes/teenage piercing show off/lips tonguing/knife licking annoys me, bores me. I'm shocked at my own words, since I never had such a hostility toward any girls or women in the other videos. In fact, I like Martha (acting, no singing, please), the kids from Augen Auf did a kick-ass job, the exorcist girl from SHKM and the chicken slayer indian girl were fine too, and the bird cage girl from Gekreuzigt 2006 was great. They had style, acting talent (don't have to be all over the place to have people notice you), and overall a presence that wasn't boring or annoying or incapable of doing anything but staring stupidly at the camera licking your lips thinking "I hope they saw my piercing!".
Second, what's with playing in a clip wearing tshirts?!! Tshirts are for interviews, the beach and college life. In clips you dress up!! You know that, you've done it before! And playing like through a tv screen gives a fake impression of bad quality. And the camera guy looked like he had Parkison disease and I wouldn't recommend any epileptic person to watch it. And fliming a computer screen, pleaaaaase! You needed to fill up time it's obvious! Ok it could have been pertinent to the clip, but it was clear what was going on and cutting the computer wouldn't have taken away any information, especially for people like me who don't understand a single word of german. So, computer, useless.
Third, I think they made that clip to please the younger crowd of fans who enjoy snuff it, hollow culture, distasteful boredom, stupid teenage, free gore movies, like Hostel, or Bothrel, or Saw, or Hostrel or Sawstrel or whatever they are. But I'm older, my own culture has nothing with these kids', and I hate uglyness and distasteful mess from the bottom of my heart. The other clips connect with my tastes because they had a raffined style, good research in clothes/makeup, cool subtle references from "my time", and nice settings. There's nothing of that here, where did the money go??!
I have a taste for blood, I praticed samourai sword fighting and hope to start archery and fencing soon. I enjoy movies like 300, Kill Bill vol.1, Shining and Gladiator, or about World War II, the crusades, Inquisition and 16th century England when kings were beheading half the court. So why am I repulsed by that clip? That, is free gore, with nothing around it. Like ~chibilombax said, it's meat for the shark, so as a shark myself, I can say that after seeing this, I feel I just swallowed a tiny fish with a lot of water.
And it was incomplete, the clip should have ended with a toilet flushing sound, that would have been fair.
By the way, the Mein Teil clip, on the same theme, was a lot better.

EDIT: The clip is in fact a very poor recreation (a copy/paste I'd dare to say) of the movie Hard Candy from 2006, trailer here [link] There are a few excerpts of the movie on Youtube, worth watching, and the girl (Ellen Page) looks pretty good in her role.

Je suis tout à fait d'accord avec toi. Non seulement parce que j'y ai trouvé des erreurs de scriptes de débutants (sang sur le visage de la fille qui apparait/disparait selon les séquences, par exemple), mais aussi parce que le sang n'est absolument pas réaliste (déformation professionnelle, j'avoue).
Puis je n'aime pas la fille, elle n'est pas assez "insane", trop "jeune rebelz etc".
Puis bon, c'est un fait que si on ne quiche pas un mot d'allemand, c'est un peu chaud pour lire le début (mais bon, on peut toujours s'en sortir en imaginant). Je ne vous parle pas des trucs "incohérents" (Dero plein de sa...peinture rouge => WTF?, la pas-trop-bonne-idée de filmer "à travers un écran" dans les séquences où l'on voit le groupe,....)
Pourtant, l'idée de base est bonne, je trouve, mais comme le dirait mon prof de ciné "ça a été tourné avec trois mains gauches en deux jours".
Mais la chanson rocks, c'est un fait et je préconise le même remède que ma consoeur : écouter le clip en faisant autre chose.
Mais on voit ici les méfaits d'un commercial aux dents longues, prèt à tout pour faire du fric, alors que le groupe n'en a absolument pas besoin, il a la notoriété derrière lui (n'oublions pas qu'il s'agit d'un groupe fondateur du mouvement underground allemand), le succès et la qualité.
S'il vous plait, messieurs. Laissez tomber cette idée de vouloir vous conformer à une "mode", une "tendance" qui n'en est pas une. Ne tentez pas de plaire aux jeunes, vous le faites déjà très bien comme ça.

I think they worked pretty hard on Mein Teil, and not just Richard straightening up his hair ^^, it was a gore theme but there wasn't any blood in it or gross disembowelment, unless you count Till's eating feathers as one

Comme je viens de rajouter dans mon edit, c'est vraiment un copiage garoché du film Hard Candy, les shots d'écran d'ordi, la fille est presque habillée pareil au début (rouge) et le gars ressemble beaucoup au gars du film (celui du film est plus cute - s'il serait pas pédo
C'est bien sûr que les albums récents ne sonnent plus comme Defekt ou les premiers, mais c'est une évolution normale du groupe, ça fait pas d'eux des sellouts. Mais faire un clip de ce genre là spécifiquement pour booster une partie de marché potentiel, alors que c'est pas du tout leur style de pourquoi on les écoute et surtout qu'on continue de les écouter (ici c'est un truc hyper mal fait totalement copié d'un film avec un montage écrit sur un naperon de bar avec des erreurs de débutant)
